Tantalizing Tuesday - Inspiration for Creatives
Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at 07:42PM There is an inherent beauty in all living things - and if you train your eye - there is an inherent beauty in all things dying as well. Personally, I gravitate towards these things and love to photograph them - as you can see in my 'On Dying' gallery. I think a lot of us do - after all Fall leaves are burning red in the highlight of their death! So here is a new feature of my blog - Tantilizing Tuesdays where I share something INSPIRATIONAL for all of you creatives out there! How could this image inspire you? I like the symmetry and the texture of the petals as they wither... And if you happen to do something inspired by the image or words I post - Please, Please leave a comment with a link so that I can see and possibly write a post about your great artistic feat!! lastly this may be a great way to rekindle my art giveaways - if you link me with something you did - you may win the print!

i love the crispness of the dying, the light, the air...it is beautiful and of course I see circles and little details that people might overlook. How many people walk by objects just like this that are full of beauty?
Hi...I found you through Tialey Vintage's Blog/Entrecard...and believe me, there are lots of "just droppers" but there are a great many wonderful artists on EC, too...and we will find you, so stick around.
You have a beautiful site and I adore your post today. Love the photo and the "On Dying" idea, too. I love Autumn and the colors it brings with it, too. Awesome!
Drop by and see me sometime...I will certainly be back to see you.
Peace & Love,
~Barb~
Hi, I just wanted to tell you I think your blog is beautiful. Also wanted to thank you for stopping by my blog - I had just seen yours for the first time and was thinking what a great blog it was, so to have such a nice comment really made my day. :) Great photo in this post.
